OIL Covers: medium oil resistant to oil and grease. Carcass: Not resistant to oil and grease. Usage: Suitable for the transport of products with a low level of vegetable oils or animal fat. OIL PLUS Covers: good resistance to oil and grease. Carcass: Medium oil resistant to oil and grease. Usage: Suitable for the transport of more aggressive products, such as resins, cellulose, fertilizer, animal feed, soybeans, etc. OILULTRA Covers: highly oil resistant to oil and grease. Carcass: medium oil resistant to oil and grease. Usage: excellent resistance to oils and fats. can convey materials containing mineral oils, anti-caking agents for the production of fertilizers, more aggressive resins, etc. |
The UNIOIL type is available in standard or sliding version (see UNIFLAT pag.10) and also in flame retardant K and S (see UNIFLAME pag.7) according to DIN EN ISO 340: 2007 and antistatic according to DIN EN ISO 284: 2004. The carcass of these conveyor belts is made of a composition of polyester fabrics E in warp and in weft polyamide P, resistant to atmospheric agents such as moisture. This structure ensures a high tensile strength in the longitudinal direction and a transverse high flexibility.
